On Sight!

"Yeezy season approachin'....A monster about to come alive again".

I am not one to wear sneakers, but since I got this pair for free due to a mix up with one of my orders lol long story short, I figured if I was going to add a second pair of sneakers to my shoe collection why not this one. I am not going to lie, I think I kinda like it. I was channeling my inner Kayne with this ootd. *Kanye shrug* I felt that I could have ran up to any random stranger and yell "You ain't got the answer Sway"!

KISS ME YOU FOOL!

Fall has officially started yesterday, but here in South Carolina, it sure doesn’t feel like it. I love this time of year because its warm, cozy, smells like cinnamon and pumpkin spice lol, and the fair is here so definitely a time to be close to the one you love.  Also, besides all the great things I mentioned, Fall is the time to pull out your favorite dark and nude lipsticks!  I must say that I AM A SUCKER FOR THE PERFECT DARK LIPS! Here are some of my favorite lipsticks, liquid lipsticks, glosses or whatever you should definitely check out!

Until Next Time!

Keep It Curvy!
LIME CRIME BLACK VELVET

I have been trying to purchase MAC Cyber for forever in a day but Lime Crime definitely sold me with there Black Velvet Velvetine. Lime Crime Velvetines=AWESOME. I have always been a fan of there Cashmere Velevetine because as I stated before it last for a long period of time. It doesn't smudge nor run, but I must say that even though I love this color, the content is a little running and takes quicker to dry for some reason which with this black can mean a mess, but overall I definitely love this color.

WET N WILD VAMP IT UP
This is my number one go to lipstick. I have been so faithful to this lipstick ever since I decided to play with really dark lips a few years ago.Vamp It Up is a nice, dark and rich plum lipstick. You can find this product at your local drugstore or online for approx. $2.96. It is such a great product for a great price.

STONE MAC COSMETICS
When this lipstick came out, it was love at first sight! <3. Stone is a muted grayish taupe brown. Like an antique velvet. It is a Matte lipstick.

MYTH MAC COSMETICS
Myth is one of my favorite nude lipsticks from MAC. It reminds me of my favorite all time lip color Snob but with more of a neutral and peach undertone. It is a satin finish and I must say personally I have gotten a great wear of this lipstick before having to touch it up. Quick Tip: Pair with a dark brown lip pencil to give a great gradient ombre look.

WHY IS THERE A CANDLE IN YOUR BAG?

I always see fellow Youtubers do a video showing the content of what's in their bag...you know getting all personal with their viewers and the world lol. I honestly fear that if anyone took a look inside my bag, they would probably be giving me the weird eye strange look, where they slowly walk away and run. I have alway been in love with HypeBeast essentials post and the aesthetics to the shoot when different people show case their essentials whether it has to do with styling, fashion, work, etc. So I wanted to combine that with this "tag" per se and show you some of my essentials and some random things I that may carry around in my bag.

1. True Blue Mango Butter Bath and Body Works-GAWDD! Do you know how amazing this feels, this is the best thing that I have ever put on my body. It is has this silky gel like texture that moisturizes your skin perfectly. I love the way it smells and from my experience the scent last a while. Now I don't know why I have this huge tube in my purse lol but I find it hard to part away from.

2. EOS-Now a girl should always have moisturized lips. No matter how hard I have been working on this tube of EOS lip moisturizer. Do people really use the whole thing?

3. NIVEA Creme- Now this creme may be too heavy from some people but I love this creme. Unlike that tube of mango butter that I am traveling around with like a mad woman, the size makes it easy to carry in your bag. I will even use this and dab it on some kleenex if I need to remove some makeup  and touch up on the go.

4. STONE Lipstick M.A.C Cosmetics-I recently got the new Stone lipstick from M.A.C. latest's collection of matte lipstick. I must say that I simply adore this lipstick and this is my new number one fave from M.A.C. I have been wearing a lot of neutral color lipsticks this year and and Stone’s muted grayish taupe brown is definitely a color to have in your collection.

5. Rainforest Gardenia Candle Bath and Body Works- Now I honestly don't know why this candle is in my bag. I try my best to not go everywhere lightening candles, setting the ambiance and holding seances lol but I think that it may have fell out after my latest shopping spree here. My mother has turned me on to this scent since this is her favorite and I must say that she has great taste lol I guess. I believe that I spent maybe less than $2 on this candle.

6. Samsung NX300 Mirror less Digital Camera- I have been using this camera lately for my pictures and videos and I will say that if you are looking for a great camera to use while getting started with your Youtube videos this is a great camera. I love the wireless features where I can email pictures right from my camera without connecting any wires, wireless transfer pictures to my iPhone and can use my iPhone to see live shots of what I am recording.

7. Floral Crown H&M- Now you may have seen me rocking this floral crown in a few pics on my IG feed and I always loved this crown when it first came into H&M. I bought it last month on sale for $8. Great deal! Why be a trap queen when you can be a floral queen!

8. NYLON- I always keep a different copy of NYLON magazine in my bag. It has great reads and great ideas that I may take note of when it comes to styling or even blog posts.

M.A.C. Wash and Dry Review and Makeup Tutorial Video

I usually don't go super crazy for M.A.C.'s collection but for some reason this one just had me sold. I literally left work early as soon as the mall open to go a grab a few things before they were all sold out. I really love this collection especially the packaging. Awesome.  Here is a quick review about the products I purchased and click below to watch my Wash and Dry Makeup Tutorial.

Golden Refined Bronzing Powder

I am uber obsessed with this bronzing powder. Unlike most bronzing powders that I have used that either have been to dark or just ends up washing out my make up. This one is perfect. I love the soft golden sun kiss look that it adds to your makeup. I would not use this to contour because for me, it isn't dark enough but I will definitely add this on top of my contour when blending out the harsh lines, giving a smooth and glowy transition.

Freshen Up Highlight Powder
This item sold out so fast online which prompt me into going into to the store to make my purchases. This highlight powder is definitely a go to spring makeup look. The Freshen Up Highlight Powder is a color wave of color ranging from coral to neutral. Paring this with the Golden Refined Bronzing powder. OMG! SUPERB! Whether you decide to mix it or use the highlight colors individually.

Creme d'Nude Lipstick
This lipstick for me is heaven!  It reminds me of a mixture of my favorite two lipsticks from M.A.C. Myth and Snob!

I AM WITH THE BAND

May has been a great month for me so far! I have enjoyed going out to concerts, meeting new people and seeing my favorite artist perform. This month I went and saw Tyler the Creator in Myrtle Beach and Toro Y Moi in Columbia and I must say that I had a blast.

Tyler the Creator

This is literally my 6th or 7th time seeing Tyler and I must say that every time it is better then the last. I enjoy his high energy and performance. When I went to go see Tyler I rocked this cute dress from ASOS. I love this dress especially the fringes! It is so bad ass. Whenever I am in this dress I channel my inner Rihanna! "Bitch better have my money".

Toro Y Moi

This is my 2nd time getting to see Toro Y Moi perform! I love going to his concerts, its totally different from when seeing Tyler because its a more relax chill, Woodstock vibe. OMG and can I say how cute he looks with his fro and glasses. He performed so many of my favorite songs from the newest album "What for" and "Anything in return". At this concert I wore a very cute and v-neck cut romper from Charlotte Russe Plus. If you checked out my Coachella Music Festival video on youtube you are familiar with this romper. It was nice a comfy and I threw on a pair of my favorite sandals.

Shopping Tips For Curvy Girls

Shopping while curvy can sometimes be difficult but here are some helpful tips to make your shopping life even more easier and to help you step up your style game.

Embrace Your Curves Girl!
The more your try to hide it, the more attention you draw to how uncomfortable with your curves and it shows more attention to what you are self-conscious about.  I feel that there is this unwritten rule that if you are plus size, hide your body. No. Wearing baggy and oversize clothes can be very unflattering and make you look bigger than what you are.

Invest In Good Undergarments
It is important to invest in good undergarments. “Nothing is worse then having a perfect outfit with poor foundation”. Sometimes we need to tigten up our extra goods lol, to smooth everything out and make sure things are in place. I know that waist cinchers have become popular but I am not a huge fan because it only helps tighten and smooth your waist. I am a fan of full body briefers that control and trims your tummy and waist while smoothing out everything else.

Try On Different Sizes
Every size are cut differently by different companies, so don't feel afraid to try on different sizes.

Black can be sexy
I don’t know if there is this style rule that black is good to hide your size, but black can be so much more. I love wearing black because it not only is it simple and sexy but it helps to accentuate your curves as well.
